Packing medicines for a trip
What to carry, how to store it and when to talk to us before you travel.

Keep medicines in their original labelled containers and pack them in your hand luggage so they stay with you. Bring a little more than you expect to need.
Check how each medicine should be stored. Some need to stay cool. Carry a printed list of what you take and what it is for.
If you are going somewhere new, visit us four to six weeks before you leave. We can talk through vaccines to discuss with your prescriber and put together a list for the journey.
This guide is general information, not personal medical advice. Ask your pharmacist about your own situation.
